Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Pilgrim pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn jewelry in its original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if the protective seal remains intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Jewelry

  Place the items securely in their original Pilgrim boxes and use the original shipping mailer to ensure the jewelry remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
