We offer standard and express shipping options. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while express takes 1-2 business days. Shipping is free on all orders over $75.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if the protective seal is intact and the product is unworn.

Yes, all Pilgrim jewellery comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within this period, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a photo of the item.
